More and better data for Czech Republic companies has been dominating our February releases amongst other improvements
Functional Improvements
- Czech Republic – Expanded direct access to Ministry of Justice and the Trade Registry and we provide now data for all companies including sole traders with additional data like signatory rights and also offer a new Beneficial Owners Check document alongside with Beneficial Owners dataset
- Legal Forms for UBODiscovery – The list of supported legal forms for UBOdiscovery has been extended and is now including sole traders and public limited companies in many jurisdictions. Find the full list in the Resources area
Fixes & smaller improvements
- Switzerland – document removal – The Switzerland Credit Check document has been removed from our offered product list.
- Slovenia – Sole Traders – For sole trader companies in Slovenia the Refresh data now also includes the sole trader in the officer and shareholder data
- Denmark Document Availability Fix – Fixed a bug where in selected cases the Register Report and Beneficial Owners Check document was shown as not available.
- US-Illinois Connection Stability – Connection health for US-Illinois was improved. Note that for Illinois companies only data is currently available, no document purchases.
Price Updates
- Price Update – Government Fees for documents and datasets for China, Malaysia and Australia have increased. Find the latest updates in the Resources area
